Food. New Year’s Eve.
I love food, food is good. Here are some pictures of the foods we had, grilled, cooked and the works, by Chef Aidy of Shook! Kuala Lumpur.
The food were fantastic, the crowd were ecstatic and enthusiastic to have been served such luxurious foods. My niece, Ila and I molded the burger patties ourselves and my sister in law, cooked the pasta. I don’t know what the pasta is called but there were sun dried tomatoes and roasted chicken in it and as for the rest, the chef is to be credited.
The drink is a fusion of concentrated mango and orange juice and topped with diced watermelon. And the Waldorf salad, whoa, yummy!
There were three types of sauces for the steak, grilled lamb and chicken. One was made from lamb stock and the other’s made from mushrooms stock. As for the other one, I can’t seem to recall so am sorry hehe.
Hokay that is all for today. I will update more on what I’ve been up to throughout my brief hiatus in my later posts. In the mean time, do tell me what you guys did on new year’s eve and your new year’s resolution(s) hehe. As for me, I have none. I’ll figure it out when I have the time lol. Toodles.

10 years ago, Chef Aidy was a guitarist in a rock band in New York. Can you spot him on this album cover?
Yeah..i remember that dude (on the left) and his band! They were on MTV and did an opening to one now very famous band..kewl stuff probably he is the first Melayu ever to appear on US MTV.
omg the food looks soooo yummy!!! i totally literally stayed in bed the whole entire new year’s eve, it’s pretty sad.. babes, my bf’s name is armand too but ur nephew is cuter!!! eeekk!
